Rates
All our prices are per person and per day, in a double room. For stays of less than 3 nights we charge a surcharge of 10% per day.
Arrival and departure
The room is at your disposal from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. We thank you for your understanding: we need this time in order to be able to clean it and prepare it properly for subsequent guests. Please also let us know if you plan to arrive after 8pm.
Single room
The supplement for double single use is 30%.
Overnight stay with breakfast
For an overnight stay with breakfast only, we deduct € 10.00 per person and day from the half-board price.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome in some rooms by prior arrangement! Contribution towards costs: €15.00 per day without food. Please bring a blanket or a dog basket. We hope you will understand that your four-legged friend cannot be admitted to the dining room, the lounge, sky pool and wellness area. Any repairs and special cleaning after your departure will be charged separately.
Deposit
Bookings are only considered valid and binding once you have received written confirmation from Loewe dolomites by e-mail, fax or post, as well as after you have made a transfer by paying a deposit for each room booked within 3 days of the booking date. Please understand that we do not assume the costs of the transfer. The deposit counts as a security deposit and is therefore retained in the event of cancellation. In the event of cancellation within 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is converted into a voucher, which can be spent on future stays at our facility.
You can pay the deposit by "click to pay" transfer.
Cancellation
For cancellations up to 15 days before the booked period the deposit will be credited towards a future stay with us.
Paying your deposit: Online deposit payment – “click to pay”. In the case of early departure of late arrival the room is charged for the whole of the booked period.
We therefore recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Smoking ban
Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms.
Payment method
Your hotel bill can be paid in cash (in accordance with current legislation)
by EC-card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
